On Wednesday 19th May, S3 visited the Scottish Parliament in Edinburgh. After a workshop on the theme of elections and voting, pupils were given a tour of the building and got to see inside the Debating Chamber.
Mr Sharkey said, “It was a fascinating day. The Parliament is such a hive of activity and being able to witness your Country’s government at work, is a vital part of any democracy".
